Bryce runs the Dervo waitlist and beta invitations. This notice covers this website, the waitlist, beta invitations and the Dervo app. We use your email for your beta invitation and Dervo launch updates. Website signup confirms on the page only. It doesn't send a confirmation email.

What we collect

Website signup stores your email in lowercase, with spaces at either end removed, and the time you joined. A Dervo admin can also add an address to the list. We record whether it came from the website or an admin, when it was added and which admin added it. Adding an address alone doesn't approve beta access or send email. The waitlist doesn't ask for your name, company or workspace content.

When an admin invites you, we record an invitation ID, its status, when it was issued, when it expires and which admin issued it. The website also saves the exact invitation email, including its recipient, subject and message, along with the first send-attempt time, delivery status and the email provider's message ID. These records let us manage access and retry an unfinished send. A successful send status means the email provider accepted the message. It doesn't confirm that it reached your inbox or that you read it.

Where it goes

The site uses Cloudflare Workers hosting and Cloudflare D1 storage for waitlist and invitation-delivery records. Cloudflare receives connection details, including your IP address, to serve the site. The signup and invitation code doesn't log email addresses or request bodies.

Supabase stores the invited email and invitation records, and handles Dervo account sign-in and beta access. When you sign in with the verified invited email, it can connect the invitation to your account ID and approve access. It records invitation acceptance, access status and any access expiry, plus a history of invitation and access changes with the account or admin responsible and the time of each change.

Resend receives your email address and the invitation message to send it to you. Replies go to bryce@trydervo.com. A website signup can also trigger a separate notification to Bryce through Resend. That notification contains an internal event ID and signup time and doesn't include your address.

The Dervo app shares usage and error reports with Dervo by default, and you can turn this off in Preferences under "Share usage and error reports with Dervo". Turning it off stops it at once: nothing more is recorded and nothing waiting is sent. A report carries the Dervo version, a random ID made for your Mac and your Dervo account. It says which screens you open, how first-run steps and tasks end (for example "completed" or "usage limit"), and the kind of error and where it happened in Dervo's own code. It never includes your code, prompts, messages, file names or paths, project or thread names, or error messages. The reports go to the same Supabase project that handles your sign-in. Your code and transcripts stay on your Mac. Your agents send what they send to Anthropic or OpenAI under your own accounts.

Requests and browser storage

To limit automated signups, the server turns your IP address into a keyed hash and stores request counters separately from the waitlist. The application doesn't store your raw IP address or attach the counter to your email. Counters older than 24 hours are removed when the next valid signup request reaches the database. They can remain longer while the site is idle.

This site doesn't add analytics, advertising trackers or signup cookies. Your email isn't sold or shared for advertising, and we won't use it for unrelated marketing. If you change the site's colour theme, your browser saves that preference on this device.

Keeping or removing your information

Bryce will delete waitlist emails from the active database within 90 days after the waitlist closes, or earlier if you ask at bryce@trydervo.com. Removing a waitlist row also removes its saved invitation email and delivery information in Cloudflare. Deletion is handled manually. There isn't an automatic expiry job for these records.

Deletion requests can also cover your beta invitation, account and access records, and email copies. Those need separate handling in Supabase, Resend and Bryce's mailbox. Removing a website waitlist row doesn't delete them automatically. Database recovery history and providers' operational or security logs may retain copies under their own retention policies.
